Healthy snacking is essential, whether you’re always on the road, commuting from school to practice, or just in between classes before or after lunch, or maybe your getting your metabolism right and always hungry. The Homemade Team4orce Trail Mix
How about you build your own snack pack? The Team4orce Trail Mix is a D.I.Y collaboration between 4 – 8 main ingredients, fiber x healthy fat x protein x and carbohydrates.
All you need is a snack size zip lock, and then go ahead and choose your custom combination, but remember to keep the portion of each item you select to a 1/2 serving size or less, since your combining items. The idea being, keeping the snack size at a set amount of calories and then reaching that caloric mark with a combination of a set serving per each ingredient.
Here is a list of items you can combine to create the custom trail mix.

Game Day Analysis
With the addition of so many styles of headwear in the street and sports wear categories; that are reaching back to the early 90’s and late eighties, we have found it fresh and inspiring to dig out some of our favorite hats for the summer time. Starting from the revival of vintage hockey favorites, to the very trendy basketball expansion teams, mainly due to their (at the time) daring colorways; the Charlotte Hornets & Toronto Raptors, there is no shortage of hip hats to sport this summer. THE PRE GAME SPEECH
Inside the locker room and on the streets, Reebok has been coming real correct as of late. They have gone back to their roots of style (CLASSICS LINE) and incorporated modern day structural and functional touches. In the vein of every great collaboration, they’ve teamed up with an iconic figure, and in this case, a beat making phenom, whose signature sound has become classic, and created a LIMITED EDITION (only 84 made) shoe. Lets get the breakdown.
The Break Down
The Limited Edition Kamikaze in red/grey/light grey is the first shoe to hit retail from the Reebok Classics x Swizz collaboration, which is sent to launch this Fall in July 2011.
Swizz Beatz was recently announced the creative director of the Reebok Classics brand and will be influencing all aspects of the line, including creative campaigns and product.

THE FILM ROOM
THE PREGAME BREAKDOWN
What we wear on our feet to the gym varies, some make a fashion statement, while others dedicate themselves to a top quality cross trainer or running shoe; better yet, many companies like Nike and Reebok combine the two elements to make a great Team4orce life styled shoe (as we like to call it).
Now lets get more specific here, lets zoom in on leg day, hammys and quadriceps. Note that when we hit the gym floor and square up to push up some weight or pull up some weight, the closer our feet are to the floor, minus any added cushioning (most hi end running or cross trainers have this) we allow the foot to activate stability, which means heavier weight, in theory, this will lead to the leg muscles recruiting more muscles fibers for these heavier lifts.

We recently have seen these peculiar shoes on the streets and in the gyms, Shoes that are reminiscent of water socks but have a more rubber fin type look to them. These hybrids shoes are originally made for running, and it makes me think of the barefoot long distance runners and they’re comfort zone that was dedicated to feeling the ground beneath them.
